On most trips, yes. We base our fares on the local council's licensed tariff and never apply surge multipliers. Drivers keep more per fare, riders typically pay less than on commission-heavy platforms.

Add a card in the app. Your fare is charged automatically at the end of the trip and an emailed receipt arrives in seconds.

Nothing from your fare — you keep 100% of the metered fare on every job. Frenzi's costs are covered by a flat 57p + VAT service fee added to the passenger's total at booking, never deducted from your payout. No commission, no surge.

Download the Frenzi Driver app and verify your identity, driving licence, right to work and proof of address. Once you're approved, you're ready to drive.

You're paid the full fare for each completed trip, sent via Stripe to the bank account linked to your Frenzi Driver profile. Your full earnings and payout history are in the Driver app.

Yes — we don't lock you in. Run Frenzi alongside any other platform you're on. We just make sure that when you're online with us, you keep more of what you earn.

Drivers are responsible for their own VAT and income tax. Your full earnings and trip history are in the Driver app to support your self-assessment return.
