YOUR DATA. YOUR RIGHTS.

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to get it back — or get it erased.

Version 1.0 · June 2026

How Frenzi collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It covers both riders and driver-partners; where the two differ, it says so.

01

Who we are

FRENZI APPS GLOBAL LTD (company number 15550479, registered office Building 18 Gateway 1000, Arlington Business Park, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2FP, United Kingdom) is the controller of your personal data. This policy explains how we handle personal data across the Frenzi apps, websites and services.

For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@frenziapp.com, or write to our registered office marked "Data Protection".

Some of what we process is special category data (such as health information relevant to accessibility) or criminal-offence data (such as a driver's DBS information). We process these only where the law permits, for safety and eligibility purposes, and with appropriate safeguards.

We get data from you directly, from your use of the app, from other users (for example ratings and feedback), and — for drivers — from third parties such as licensing authorities, the DVLA, the DBS, identity and background-check providers, insurers and payment processors.

04

Marketing and your choices

We send marketing only where you have agreed, or where the law otherwise permits — for example where you are an existing customer, we offer a similar service, and you have not opted out. You can opt out at any time in the app, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting privacy@frenziapp.com.

05

Who we share your data with

  • Drivers, customers and merchants — only the minimum needed to complete a trip, order or delivery, such as a first name, the pick-up or delivery details, vehicle details and live location.

  • Our payment processors and banking partners.

  • Identity-verification, licensing and background-check providers, including licensing authorities, the DVLA and the DBS, to confirm driver eligibility.

  • Our IT, hosting, cloud, mapping, communications and analytics suppliers, who act as our processors under contract.

  • Insurers, professional advisers and auditors.

  • Law enforcement, regulators and other authorities, where required or permitted by law.

We require our processors to act only on our instructions and to keep your data secure. We do not sell your personal data.

06

International transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom, we make sure it is protected to the standard the law requires — using UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards needed. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards we use.

07

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes it was collected for, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements. As examples, financial records are generally kept for six years, and anti-money-laundering records for five years after the relationship ends.

08

Your rights

  • To be informed about how we use your data.

  • To access the personal data we hold about you.

  • To have inaccurate data corrected.

  • To have data erased, in certain circumstances.

  • To restrict how we process your data.

  • To data portability.

  • To object to processing, including direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests.

  • Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling.

To exercise a right, contact privacy@frenziapp.com. We will respond within the statutory time limit, usually one month, and you will not normally have to pay a fee. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.

09

Automated decisions

We use automated systems to run the service efficiently — matching trips and orders, calculating prices and fees, detecting fraud, and assessing safety and behaviour signals. Where a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects would be made solely by automated means, you have the right to obtain human intervention, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision.

10

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, network security and supplier due diligence. We have procedures for dealing with any suspected personal data breach, and will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office where we are legally required to.

11

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact privacy@frenziapp.com and we will take appropriate steps.

We use a few cookies.
