Your company holds the licence
Your company keeps its operator licence and owns its vehicles. Frenzi checks the licence and your documents before anything goes live.
Fleet accounts aren't open yet. They're planned for taxi and private hire fleets in Leeds and Bradford, where Frenzi rides are live.
It isn't your service, and it isn't your prices. It's the tap: many riders now reach for an app before they think of a phone number. Frenzi wants local fleets in that app, not pushed out by it.
We're not here to buy local fleets or to replace them. The fleets that know every street and every regular are the partners Frenzi wants.
Your company keeps its operator licence and its vehicles. Your drivers keep their own Frenzi driver accounts. Your phone line and your account customers stay in your own system.
This is how fleet accounts are designed. None of it is open yet.
Your company keeps its operator licence and owns its vehicles. Frenzi checks the licence and your documents before anything goes live.
Each driver keeps their own Frenzi driver account and PHV licence, and joins your company by accepting your invitation in the Frenzi app.
You give each driver a vehicle from your fleet. A driver drives one vehicle at a time.
Frenzi offers each ride to a nearby available driver, who accepts it in the Frenzi app.
The fleet portal is designed but not built.
Who's online, today's trips, and what needs your attention first.
Invite drivers, assign vehicles and pause a driver.
Your licence, vehicle and driver documents, with what expires in the next 30 days.
Every Frenzi ride your drivers take, with who drove and in which vehicle.
Planned
Frenzi doesn't connect to dispatch systems yet. A connection is planned, so the two can run side by side.
Until a connection exists, a driver doing one of your own jobs goes offline in the Frenzi app, so Frenzi doesn't offer them a ride at the same time.
Phone bookings, account customers and your own app carry on through the system you use today.
Frenzi offers rides booked in the app to your drivers who are online and free.
With a connection, a driver busy on a job from one side wouldn't be offered a job from the other until it's finished.
With a connection. Names and registrations are examples.
Planned
Your regulars phone you. Many of their children open an app the moment they want a ride. Fleet accounts are planned so your company can take rides from the app as well, without changing how you take phone bookings.
Your operator licence, your vehicles' documents and your drivers' licence status, on one page.
Every document with an expiry date, soonest first, with the next 30 days picked out.
Owners and managers each sign in as themselves, and see what their role allows.
Your phone bookings and account customers stay in your own system. Frenzi doesn't connect to it, so it doesn't see them. Rides booked in the Frenzi app are offered to nearby available drivers.
No. Keep the system you use today. Frenzi doesn't connect to dispatch systems yet, and a connection is planned. Until then, a driver doing one of your own jobs goes offline in the Frenzi app.
That's each driver's choice. A driver keeps their own Frenzi driver account and joins your company only by accepting your invitation in the Frenzi app.
Frenzi recruits drivers in Leeds and Bradford through Drive with Frenzi, open to any driver. A driver would join your company only by accepting your invitation. How Frenzi and your company work together on drivers is part of the terms we agree with each fleet.
We agree terms with each fleet before anything goes live.
It depends on your fleet, so we don't give a date. Once fleet accounts open, the steps are:
Leeds and Bradford, where Frenzi rides are live. If your fleet is somewhere else, you can still register your interest and tell us where you are.
Register your interest. It doesn't commit you to anything.
